How It Works

STEP 1

TRASH PREPARATION

Please check with your community management team to confirm your collection dates and service times.

All bags must be securely tied before collection. Loose items will not be accepted. Bags must be durable enough to contain their contents without tearing or leaking during transport.

STEP 2

READY FOR PICKUP

Place the container—with your securely tied trash bag inside—outside your front door during the two-hour window (6pm-8pm) prior to your scheduled collection time.

Tie All Bags

If you have multiple bags, place one securely on top of the other inside your container to ensure everything fits properly.

Step 3

You’re All Set!

Just make sure to bring your container back inside your apartment by 9:00 a.m. the next morning!

Recycling Instructions

Please tie your bags and place them in the approved container between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Both recyclables and trash bags should go in the same container.
Recycling and trash collection starts promptly at 8PM.
